Austin Heithcock - CEO
Austin is a proud Middle Tennessee State University alumnus and a true Nashville native. Having grown up in Music City, he carries a deep appreciation for the community, culture, and spirit that make the area so special.
When he’s not working, you can usually find Austin spending quality time with his wife and their beloved dog, Pepper. Whether they’re exploring new places, taking spontaneous weekend adventures, or traveling the globe, Austin and his family love experiencing the world together and creating lasting memories.
Grounded, approachable, and passionate about connecting with others, Austin brings the same energy he has in life to his work by always striving to make meaningful relationships and add value wherever he goes.
Janine Heidorn - Assistant
Janine serves as Executive Assistant to Austin, supporting daily operations and ensuring seamless execution across administrative, transactional, and strategic priorities. She plays a key role in keeping workflows organized, timelines on track, and communications running efficiently behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Janine enjoys traveling and developing new projects. Whether exploring new markets, taking weekend trips, or spending time outdoors, she values experiences that inspire curiosity, balance, and a broader perspective.
Grounded and approachable, Janine brings a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to her work and consistently supports the team’s momentum.
